Tragic SUV Accident Near Marysville

By July 7, 2014February 9th, 2017Car Accidents, Truck Accidents

Just after the celebrations on July 4th, a man jumped from a Chevy Tahoe north of Marysville causing a three-car accident. The 27-year-old man leaped from the Tahoe for unknown reasons while it was traveling 55 miles-per-hour. He sustained critical injuries. A 66-year-old woman was also injured in the crash.

Police suspect the 16 year-old driver may have been under the influence of marijuana at the time of the accident. There were more passengers than seats in the Tahoe – including children as young as one-year-old. An investigation is ongoing.

Liability

Car accidents like this are, thankfully, not a daily occurrence – but they are not entirely rare either. In these types of accidents, determining liability can be exceptionally hard. Even when an accident is not nearly so complex there can be a number of factors that go into who is liable and where compensation should come from. This is why you need an experienced attorney on your side immediately following your accident.

The Seattle car accident attorneys at the Hornbuckle Firm know how to investigate these events to establish proper liability. We would be happy to meet with you free of charge to discuss the details of your case and help you determine the most effective way to get full compensation.
